Reminder: You've got to relax!

 





Hello, fellow Ikiyoyos! I hope your day's been good. Just a little reminder for you: always take time out of your daily routine to relax! Relaxing helps us to have a calmer and clearer mind which aids positive thinking, concentration, memory, and decision-making. Relaxation slows our heart rate, reduces our blood pressure, and relieves tension. And besides, it's always best to take a rest every now and then. So remember not to stress too much and relax whenever you feel too burdened!


Jump into a warm bath, listen to soothing music, pursue your hobbies, write a journal, or just simply meditate; the choice is all up to you!
